Reports to:

Main responsibilities:

  • Installing and configuring software and hardware
  • Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
  • Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
  • Upgrade systems with new releases and models
  • Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
  • Maintaining internal documentation through Wiki
  • Day-to-day administration of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, GPO
  • Perform data backup and recovery
  • Administer and maintain variety of services
  • Responsible for updates on servers and appliances
  • Maintain SLA, System Availability, Capacity management, and Performance KPI
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of Operations department
  • Creating volumes, assigning to servers and remote replication

Main requirements:

  • Higher education in information technology, preferably a master’s degree
  • At least 2 years of working experience at financial institutions on the position of system admin
  • Proven work experience in Microsoft, Linux, Backup & Restore and Virtualization systems
  • Expertise in creating, analyzing, and repairing large-scale distributed systems
