Main responsibilities:

  • Establish and execute content strategy in social channels including proactive campaigns and news amplification
  • Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organization’s brand and social media strategy
  • Scheduling social media posts using applications (Hootsuite and TweetDeck)
  • Oversee creative ideation and development to deliver innovative, best-in-class campaigns for customers
  • Interacting with customers and dealing with customer’s inquiries
  • Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts
  • Lead, develop and launch new media social strategies and campaigns that support company’s communication pillars and drive user engagement and growth on new and existing platforms
  • Partner with social platforms to identify new opportunities and develop innovative activations
  • Continuously ideate and innovate within the social space
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns and implement ongoing improvements to drive business impact
  • Oversee all deliverables and ensure they are qualitative, on time and align with campaign strategy
  • Reporting on progress against goals and relevant social marketing metrics for in-depth business reviews and reports for senior leadership
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage external agency resources

Main requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration
  • At least 3 years of experience in Social Media Management
  • Understanding of data analysis
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling social marketing programs
  • Experience using data and analytics to influence content creation strategy
  • Experience working with enterprise social media management platforms
  • Understanding best practices and up-to-date design needs/restrictions across social media
