Main responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that products, services, functions, and channels comply with quality standards, the level of technological development, the requirements of the local market, as well as consumer expectations:
    • Participation in development, improvement and implementation of the quality management system, the creation of standards and norms of quality indicators, control of their observance
    • Analysis of products and services, taking measures to ensure their compliance with quality standards before and after entering the market
    • Study of the causes of deterioration in the quality of products (errors), development and implementation of measures to eliminate them
    • Carrying out functional tests, searching for and identifying bugs (errors), fixing and documenting them
    • Support the process of eliminating bugs, as well as adding the necessary information about them

Main requirements:

  • Higher education required
  • At least 2 years of work experience
  • Advanced knowledge of office software
  • Knowledge of the processes of creating business products
  • Experience in financial institutions
