Reports to:

Main responsibilities:

  • Prepare regular updates to the top and middle management team regarding the project/business stream;
  • Prepare and update project/business stream schedule, budget and its financial issues;
  • Lead weekly project status meetings and prepare meeting minutes/notes;
  • Prepare administrative topics for top and middle management;
  • Manage administrative topics/issues at CEO office;
  • Manage documentation related to project/business stream;
  • Manage all communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding the project/business stream.

Main requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • 3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office;
  • Fluency in Russian, English and Uzbek.

  • Good in managing priorities, timelines;
  • Diligence;
  • Reliable, accurate, hardworking, committed, ability to work under pressure;
  • Ability to take initiative and work with limited supervision;
