Main responsibilities:

  • Management of the Office and Secretariat Department
  • Organization of document flow processes
  • Registration of incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Work with ongoing documents
  • Preparation of outgoing documents
  • Preparation of minutes of meetings of the Management Board, committees of the Bank
  • Accounting and registration of documents in information systems in package of MS Office
  • Work in Lotus system
  • Execution of individual assignments of the head

Main requirements:

  • Higher education
  • Work experience in a similar position in bank from 3 years
  • Knowledge of Uzbek, Russian - mandatory, English - preferably
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to work in the Lotus system
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, instructions, processes and procedures
  • Excellent understanding of computer and office equipment work
  • Ability for rapid and qualitative work with documentation (draw up, maintain registers, archive, and so on)
  • Know the main regulations of the unified state system of office work and special sectoral acts in their direction
