Main responsibilities:

  • Organization of the branches work
  • Directing all operational aspects including customer service, human resources, organization of sales in accordance with the bank’s objectives
  • Everyday control of the branches performance
  • Providing training and motivation for branch teams
  • Settle customers satisfaction issues promptly
  • Achieve goals and metrics of sales
  • Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations
  • Organization of the reporting processes

Main requirements:

  • Higher education
  • Successful experience in a similar position from 3 years
  • Proven experience in teams management
  • Background in sales
  • Background in service organization
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proficiency in Russian, Uzbek, English (desirably)
  • Leadership skills
  • Communication and presentation skills

Languages:

  • Russian - fluent
