- Manage ATM, ADM and Kiosk (Devices) performance and keep them in fully working conditions.
- Monitor device Network to ensure technical problems are resolved within SLA guidelines and escalations are handled timely.
- Work closely with processing center(s), internal departments and take active participation in developing/implementing/change/adjustments new banking products.
- Management of devices’ vendor and corresponding partner relationships
- Other Duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree and equivalent work experience.
- Banking or FinTech and ATM industry minimum 3 years’ experience
- An understanding of Payment or Cards technologies (e.g. issuing/acquiring, ATM routing and settlement) is required
- Solid technical knowledge of ATMs, ADMs and payment Kiosks.
- Experience in working with ATMs with recycling function would be an advantage.
- Regulatory, administrative and operative knowledge of ATMs
- Must be proficient with Windows and Microsoft software products.
- Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of banking products
- Knowledge of Russian, English, Uzbek
