Back office specialist for accounting and document management

Reports to:

CBO Settlement Lead

Main responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and accounting of contracts;
  • Reception, scanning by QR code;
  • Checking for correctness of filling;
  • Checking the customer data in the system;
  • Scanning contracts;
  • Binder archiving of documents;
  • Other assignments of the direct manager.

Main requirements:

  • Secondary (higher is preferable) education;
  • Work experience in maintaining and accounting documents, office work from 6 months;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
