Job description:

Main responsibilities:

  • Search for profitable partners

  • B2B sales of banking services

  • Organization of preparatory activities and work on the conclusion of contracts

  • Participation in project forecasting

  • Conducting market research, studying supply and demand

  • Self-organization of sales, monitoring the dynamics and volumes of sales

  • Taking appropriate measures to ensure planned sales achievements


Primary requirements:

  • Higher education in business / economics / IT

  • Successful experience in the field of B2B sales from 3 years

  • Successful experience in the development and implementation of sales strategies; marketing

  • Negotiation skills and leadership skills

  • Knowledge of the lending market, understanding of its processes and basic principles will be an advantage

  • Proficiency in Russian, Uzbek and English

  • Confident user: Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint

  • Self-motivation and openness.
