Job description:

Main responsibilities

  • Implementation of the general management of the department, responsibility for the quality and timely execution of tasks and functions assigned to the department

  • Planning and coordination of department employees

  • Determining responsibilities of employees of the cash operations department and exercising control over the work of cashiers of operating cash registers, evening cash registers over the timely capitalization of funds received at the Bank's cash desks and transfers

  • Implementation of all procedures for sorting out and registration of documentation in accordance with the instructions

  • To make conclusions on the solvency or non-solvency of doubtful money

  • Monitoring the completeness of delivery of cash bags to the bank

  • Ensuring safety and security of cash and other valuables in cash vaults

  • Ensuring confidentiality of information

  • Monitoring compliance with internal policies, procedures, instructions and regulations of the Bank

  • Taking part in the selection of personnel regarding the department


Primary requirements

  • Higher economic, secondary education

  • Work experience in the banking sector from 2 years

  • Ability to work with computer and office equipment, excellent command of MS programs

  • Competent oral and written negotiation

  • Fluency in Uzbek and Russian languages, knowledge of English

  • Knowledge of the operating rules of money - counting, packaging machines, instruments for the examination of banknotes

  • Knowledge of legislative and regulatory legal acts, materials governing banking sphere

  • Developed leadership and organizational skills, responsibility
