COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS SPECIALIST

 Job description:

     

Main tasks

• Budgeting and controlling of personnel costs

• Record keeping, accounting and reporting, as well as the implementation and maintenance of automated accounting systems

• Motivation, bonuses and payroll

• Rationing of labor, determination  the number of personnel, the formation of work schedules

• Evaluation, grading, research, reviews

• Development, implementation, adjustment of methodologies, principles, tools

• Development of regulatory documents

• Development of insurance, pension and other social programs

 

Primary requirements

 

• Higher education

• Work experience in a similar position for 2-3 years

• Knowledge of 1C, confident user of PCs, MS Office packages

• Knowledge of languages: Russian, Uzbek, English

• Attentiveness, accuracy, diligence, flexibility

• Experience in an international company will be an advantage
