HEAD OF HR ADMINISTRATION

 Job description:

     

Main tasks

 

• Conducting HR administration thoroughly

• Preparation of normative acts, job descriptions

• Registration and management of personal files and personal cards

• Planning and controlling vacations

• Formation of orders and instructions

• Preparation and submission of reports

• Preparation of certificates and copies of documents at the request of employees

• Advising employees on personnel matters

• Monitoring compliance with labor laws in staffing

• Maintaining a time sheet

 


Primary requirements:

• Higher education

• Experience in a similar position in the bank of 3 years

• Knowledge of IAPS, 1C, confident user of PCs, MS Office packages

• Knowledge of labor law

• Knowledge of languages: Russian, Uzbek, English

• Attentiveness, accuracy, diligence, flexibility

• Experience in an international company will be an advantage
