Job description

Duties and responsibilities

  • Prepare regular updates to the top and middle management team regarding the project/business stream

  • Prepare and update project/business stream schedule, budget and its financial issues

  • Lead weekly project status meetings and prepare meeting minutes/notes

  • Prepare administrative topics for top and middle management

  • Manage administrative topics/issues at CEO office

  • Manage documentation related to project/business stream

  • Manage all communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding the project/business stream

Required skills and qualifications

 

  • Higher education

  • Working experience in a similar position

  • Communication and presentation skills

  • Good in managing priorities, timelines

  • Diligence

  • Reliable, accurate, hardworking, committed, ability to work under pressure

  • Ability to take initiative and work with limited supervision

  • Research and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, creative environment

  • Fluency in Russian, English and Uzbek
